The industries in Taloja MIDC have long struggled with a serious water constraint. Additionally, Taloja MIDC’s Chemical Zone and Engineering Zone industries are suffering from severe and acute water shortages that are preventing them from operating. Because so many industries use boilers to power their operations, there may be a severe mishap if there is not enough water available. Despite several follow-ups & meetings with the MIDC Dept., they have not yet provided a satisfactory response.
In light of the above circumstances, TMA has sent a legal notice to MIDC via Advocate E.A. Sasi because, in accordance with the Ahmedabad Court Order, MIDC is accountable for providing the necessary infrastructure for the industries.
